WHO WE ARE
Tom Tilley
Principal and acting tutor.
Tom trained in Performance at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, London, enjoying performing in shows such as The Producers (Franz Liebkind), Half a Sixpence (Ensemble), City of Angels (Ensemble), The Wizard of Oz (Tin Man) and RENT (Angel).
Following this time he trained at Goldsmiths University of London in Drama Education, stepping across the seas to take over as Head of Drama at St George's International School, Switzerland, teaching students from Year 3 to Year 13.
He then moved back to London to continue his teaching career. 5 Years later, he is back in his hometown, hoping to bring his creative approach to Drama education to the kids of Sussex.
Francesca Zoutewell
Principal and Acting tutor
Fran Zoutelwelle is a performer trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and the National Youth Theatre. With a strong foundation in both classical and contemporary performance, Fran brings versatility, emotional depth, and a collaborative spirit to work across stage and screen.
Passionate about storytelling and character-driven performance, Fran is drawn to bold, imaginative projects that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
Jake ManN
Principal and Acting Tutor
Jake is a performer and theatre-maker trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Alongside his performance work, he is part of a collaborative theatre company developing original, ensemble-led productions with a focus on inventive storytelling and audience connection.
Jake’s practice is rooted in curiosity, physicality, and a love of live performance, bringing a dynamic and grounded presence to work across theatre and screen.
Robyn Rhodes
Piano Tutor
Robyn is a performer and music educator with a background in dance training and a passion for creative performance. Alongside her work in the performing arts, she teaches piano and supports young musicians in developing confidence, musicality, and a love of performance.
Combining strong technical knowledge with an encouraging and creative approach, Robyn brings energy, versatility, and warmth to both teaching and performance settings.
